Information for authors: Thoroughly define any specific function and feature of the system. In addition, consider depicting them graphically using screen captures and appropriate descriptive texts. To comply with Section 508Section 508, make sure that any visual used in the document including screen captures is properly captioned and contains related tags supplying alternative texts. Elaborately define all the active links provided on each screen capture and let the users know what other options are available to them. Provide details regarding expected outputs/results, special instructions, and important menus and functions the user must perfectly know. Indicate any system-specific caveats, anomalies, warnings, and exceptions the users might come across.
