I am here to show you how to start writing your first Online Manual. Before you start, let's have a short tour of the platform.
- The main area is where you can write and shape your manual.

- You can use
icon at the top of the page to preview your changes. You can use
icon to see your live version document with the exact URL if you publish your content. As a quick test, hit the preview button
at the top of this topic.
Managing Your Topics

- The left area is where you create new topics with this button:
. - Under that, you can see your table of contents.
- You can do the following tasks by clicking
in front of each topic.- Publish topic
- Delete topic
- New child topic
- Discard changes
- Setting
- Move up/down
- Indent/Outdent
- You can do the following tasks by clicking

Collaboration

- The right area is where you can collaborate with your teammates as well as:
- Publish single or multiple topics
- Delete a topic
- See Metrics
- Analyze SEO
- Analyze the Readability of your content
- Share your manual
Settings
- When you are on the topic editor page (this page), you can change the setting for this specific topic. Just click the top-left icon
to see the options. There, you can find these options:- Document Settings:
- General Settings: here, you can change the manual title and description
- Style: You can add an icon or image to your manual, change the style of your document, or turn some options on/ off.
- Advanced: In this section, you can change the settings of AI Answer, Feedback, Help Center or Delete the document entirely.
- Language: This is the English version of the demo content. You can create your preferred language version with this option
- Manage team: add your teammates for collaboration
- Private manual: make your manual private for various purposes you may want
