SaaS Assistant Widget

Sonat's SaaS Assistant Widget is a powerful tool designed to:

• Quick and easy access to information

• Personalize assistance

• Improve user experience

To access SaaS assistant settings:

•  On your homepage, Click three vertical lines at the top.

• Click Organizations Settings.
• Under the SaaS assistant tab, you can customize its settings.

Activate SaaS Assistant Widget

To start using Sonat's SaaS Assistant, activate it from your organization's settings. Here, you can enable the feature and customize its settings according to your needs.

After enabling it, you can copy the provided code and place it on your application's root page.

Button Text

The SaaS Assistant Widget includes a customizable button text, which appears on your documentation website. You can choose any text you prefer.

Default Document

You can also set one of your documents as your SaaS Assistant's starting page.

Trigger with JavaScript

To add the Sonat SaaS Assistant Widget to your website and make it show up when someone clicks on something, you can use a special feature called the "data-swa-paneljstrigger" attribute. This lets you turn any part of your webpage—like a button or a clickable link—into a trigger. When this trigger is clicked, the SaaS Assistant Widget will open up. It's a simple way to integrate this tool into your site and make it accessible right where you need it.

Target Element Selector

When selecting "Embed" as your SaaS assistant type, you have the ability to define the target element on your web page where the assistant will be embedded. To achieve this, you can specify the target element by writing its selector in the designated field. This allows you to control the placement of the SaaS assistant, ensuring it appears exactly where you want it on your page.

Styling

• You can customize your SaaS Assistant's styling settings to give it a unique look. This includes changing the background, button, and font colors to match your website's branding.
• By panel type option, you can have a Slider, Pop-over, Side Drawer, or Embed button. 
• You can also change the position of your button to the left and right by using the position option.
• To change the icon of your SaaS assistant, delete the current icon by clicking on the trash button. Then, choose your desired icon.
• You can check a preview of your customized style at the bottom of this page.
