How to Get Started
How to (Instruction Body)
Here begins the main part of the manual, the instruction body, where you will clearly explain all the necessary steps. It starts with getting started/quick start and is extended to all the functions and maintenance guides. Include a separate heading for each main action and use an active voice to engage the users completely. You could use titles like “how to do a specific action” or name the function. In either case, however, what matters is that you follow the same pattern and style throughout the guide. Make sure to include visuals to clarify. Give step-by-step instructions. If there are several ways to do a particular action, separate them by different numbers, letters, or bulleted lists.
Use this section to introduce different product parts and accessories in the packaging visually. For example, you could number various components to address each piece. If it’s mainly unassembled, most features are probably not connected and could be named separately using their images, where a table of items could come in handy.
