Many products are subject to regulation. For example, in the US, various Federal Agencies regulate products with different categories. Suppose your product is on the list of regulated ones. In that case, you must ensure that it complies with relevant regulatory requirements and mention the regulatory notice under a similar heading.
As a general rule, products that, by design, contain circuitry that operates in the radio frequency spectrum need to demonstrate compliance using the applicable FCC equipment authorization procedure (i.e., Supplier's Declaration of Conformity (SDoC) or Certification) as specified in the FCC rules depending on the type of device.
