Many products are subject to regulation. For example, in the US, different Federal Agencies regulate products with other categories. Products in this category (smart electronic devices) are usually on the list of regulated ones. Therefore, you must ensure that your product complies with relevant regulatory requirements and mention the regulatory notice under a similar heading or a more specific one, such as FCC Notice.
As a general rule, products that, by design, contain circuitry that operates in the radio frequency spectrum need to demonstrate compliance using the applicable FCC equipment authorization procedure (i.e., Supplier's Declaration of Conformity (SDoC) or Certification) as specified in the FCC rules depending on the type of device.
