Reopen a closed publish Request

In the content editor:

1. Click the document menu on the top left >> Publish Requests. 
2. On the PR window, click the closed PRs tab to see the list. of the closed Published Requests. 
3. Click the PR you want to reopen.
4. Click the REOPEN button on the top right.
