🔧 How to Install the Add-on

  1. Open any Google Doc
  2. Go to Extensions > Add-ons > Get add-ons
  3. Search for "Sonat VideoEmbed"
  4. Click Install and accept required permissions
  5. Once installed, you’ll find Sonat VideoEmbed under the Extensions menu

▶️ How to Add a Video to Your Google Doc

  1. Open a Google Doc topic
  2. Go to Extensions > Sonat VideoEmbed > Add Video
  3. Paste your video link
  4. Click OK

✅ The cover image of the video will appear in your document. When you publish your document or topic, the video becomes fully playable in the live view.


🔗 How to Add a Topic Link

  1. Go to Extensions > Sonat VideoEmbed > Add Topic Link
  2. Paste the link to a published topic from Sonat
    • To get the topic link:
      • Open your topic in Sonat
      • Click the ≡ menu (top-right next to the Publish button)
      • Select Share
      • Copy the shareable link
    • 📌 Note: The topic must be published to access its share link
  3. The topic link will be inserted directly into your text
