Sonat now tells you what your documentation could not answer. AI Insights turns the questions your readers asked into a list of topics to write, and labels each one with the reason it failed.
AI Insights
Open Analytics > AI Insights for a single manual or for your whole account.
The report leads with the number of questions your documentation could not answer, alongside the volume it handled and an estimate of the support time it saved.

Each unanswered question is listed below it, with the reason it failed:
- Not covered — the AI found related topics, and none of them answered the question. The answer is missing.
- Nothing found — search returned no topics at all. Either nothing covers this, or the content is not indexed.
- No search results — a reader searched and got an empty results page.
- Answer rejected — the AI answered and the reader marked it unhelpful. The topic exists, but it is wrong or unclear.

A day-by-day chart stacks answered against unanswered questions, so the bar height is the day's volume and the red band is the gap.

Below it, Topics the AI answers from lists the topics your answers rely on most, each linked into the editor. A stale topic there affects every answer built on it.
Filter by manual and by date: the last 7, 30, or 90 days, or a range you choose.
Content gaps for your AI agent
The Sonat MCP server gained two tools, read_content_gaps and read_ai_insights_overview. An agent connected to your account can read the questions your documentation failed to answer, search your knowledge base, draft the missing topic, and submit it for review.
Fixes
- Search analytics date ranges no longer drop the last day of the range. On the default last-30-days view, that was today.
- Captions stay in place under resized images in the viewer.
